The Adair County Genealogical Society will be in regular session on Monday, August 3rd, 2026 at 5pm CT, in the Adair Genealogy & History Research Center.
There is no presentation that evening, but there will be a business meeting to set up for the fall programming. We are planning for the BIG October 20th anniversary of the Silent City Tours, where there will be a program each Monday evening of that month.
We will also make plants for the Adair County Homecoming at the Research Center on the weekend of Downtown Days–the Research Center is open Friday and Saturday to all who wish to research or visit with kinfolks.
After the business portion on Monday night, the Research Center will host an Open Research Session. Come and dig into the holdings–books, files, etc.
Refreshments will be served and fellowshipping wall-to-wall.
Everyone is invited, membership never required.
